1. What is ISC?

Innovative Stamp Creations (ISC) produces high-quality, cling-mounted red rubber stamps. All designs are deeply etched and vulcanized on-site using a professional press and cushion system. ISC was originally founded in 2000, operated through 2010, and is proudly relaunching in 2025 with a new wave of bold, artist-made designs.

2. What is an Angel Company?

ISC is proud to be an Angel Company. You may sell handmade items using ISC stamps only if the image is hand-stamped. You may not mass-produce, photocopy, or reproduce stamped images for resale. Each stamped item must be hand-created, not digitally duplicated.

3. Are stamps sold pre-trimmed?

No. All stamp sheets (approx. 4x5") are shipped untrimmed and cling-mounted. They arrive with a labeled acetate storage sheet for organizing after cutting.

4. Shipping Information

• U.S. Orders:
  - Flat $5.00 for the first stamp sheet
  - $1.50 for each additional sheet
    - $10.95 flat rate for the full Relaunch Set (4-sheet bundle)
  • All packages ship via Pirate Ship with tracking
  • ISC does not currently offer international shipping, but may in the future based on interest
  • Buyers are responsible for address accuracy. If entered incorrectly, re-shipping fees apply or a refund (minus shipping) may be issued.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.

6. Can I request a custom stamp?

Not at this time. All designs are created in-house by Betsy and reflect the ISC aesthetic.

7. What is the Collector’s Bonus Stamp?

This is a limited-time bonus stamp sheet — currently “Too Many Tags” — only available when you purchase the full 4-stamp Relaunch Set. It is not sold separately and will be retired after the release cycle.

8. Will ISC be sold in stores?

9. Will there be new stamp releases each month?

Not necessarily. Releases are created as inspiration and production time allows. The best way to stay up to date is by subscribing to:

10. Does BigCartel allow notes or promos?

We’re working on integrating this! In the meantime:

11. Published Your Work Using ISC?

If you’re published online or in a craft magazine using ISC stamps, email a photo or PDF of the feature to [email protected] with full details. You’ll receive a FREE stamp sheet of your choice, shipped on the house.

12. ISC Creative Architects Program

Yes — applications are open to U.S.-based creators!

Creative Architects Program
Requirements:

• YouTube 1K+ subscribers/Instagram 500+ followers

• Active creative content (journals, stamping, mixed media)

• Consistent posting + community engagement

Perks: free ISC stamps, printables, features on ISC platforms. 3-month term. Apply via email. Makes may be requested to ship back to ISC — return shipping will be paid by ISC.

13. Returns & Exchanges

ISC stamps are handmade with care and pressed on-site using professional vulcanizing techniques. Betsy has personally been creating and pressing red rubber stamp sheets for over 25 years, and stands by the quality of each release.

Due to the nature of rubber stamps, ISC does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. If you experience an issue with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

15. What happened to the Artisan Tier?

After listening to feedback — which I deeply value, respect, and appreciate — I’ve decided to step away from the monthly Artisan Tier model.

While it made sense at the time, I realized many customers simply wanted to purchase stamp sheets directly without the structure of a recurring membership.

I’m always open to growth, and I truly appreciate those who reached out with honesty and insight.

For now, ISC stamp sheets will be released individually or in limited-time bundles, with no membership required.
