1. What is ISC?

Innovative Stamp Creations (ISC) produces high-quality, cling-mounted red rubber stamps. All designs are deeply etched and vulcanized on-site using a professional press and cushion system. ISC was originally founded in 2000, operated through 2010, and is proudly relaunching in 2025 with a bold new wave of artist-made designs.

2. What is an Angel Company?

ISC is proud to be an Angel Company. You may sell handmade items using ISC stamps only if the image is hand-stamped. Mass production, photocopying, or digital reproduction of stamped images is strictly prohibited.

3. Are stamps sold pre-trimmed?

No. All stamp sheets (approx. 4x5") are shipped untrimmed and cling-mounted. They arrive with a labeled acetate storage sheet for organizing after cutting.

4. Shipping Information

U.S. Orders:

  • Flat $5.00 for the first stamp sheet

  • $1.50 for each additional sheet

  • $10.95 flat rate for the full Relaunch Set (4-sheet bundle)

📦 All packages ship via Pirate Ship with tracking.
🌎 ISC does not currently offer international shipping.
📬 Buyers are responsible for entering correct shipping details. If entered incorrectly, re-shipping fees apply or a refund (minus shipping) may be issued.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies by location.

6. Can I request a custom stamp?

Not at this time. All ISC designs are created in-house by Betsy and reflect the original ISC aesthetic.

7. What is the Collector’s Bonus Stamp?

The Collector’s Bonus — currently "Too Many Tags" — is a limited-time bonus sheet available only when purchasing the full Relaunch Set. It is not sold separately and will be retired at the end of the release cycle.

8. Will ISC be sold in stores?

9. Will there be new stamp releases each month?

Yes — applications are open to U.S.-based creators!

Creative Architects Requirements:

  • Active creative content (journals, stamping, mixed media)

  • Consistent posting + community engagement

13. Returns & Exchanges

ISC stamps are handmade with care and pressed in-studio using professional vulcanizing techniques. Betsy has been creating red rubber stamp sheets for over 25 years and stands by the quality of every release.

Due to their handmade nature, ISC does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. If you experience an issue, email us within 7 days of delivery.

15. What happened to the Artisan Tier?

After listening to your feedback, ISC has stepped away from the monthly Artisan Tier model.

Many customers prefer purchasing stamps as desired — no commitment, no recurring charge.

We’re always open to evolving. Thank you to everyone who offered insight along the way. For now, ISC stamps will be available individually or in occasional bundles — no membership required.

16. Will ISC stamps work with acrylic blocks?

Yes! All ISC stamps are backed with cling cushion that sticks securely to acrylic blocks, stamp platforms, and positioning tools — no adhesive or wood mounts needed.

17. What size are the stamp sheets?

Most ISC stamp sheets measure approximately 4" x 5", though individual designs vary slightly by theme. Each sheet arrives untrimmed with a labeled acetate backing sheet for easy cutting and storage.

18. Why red rubber?

We believe deeply etched red rubber provides the best impression quality, longevity, and creative flexibility. All ISC stamps are vulcanized in-studio for professional-level results that will last decades — not years.

Polymer or silicone stamps may cost less to ship, but don’t hold up to repeated use, ink stains, heat tools, or mixed media surfaces the way red rubber does.

Every ISC sheet is hand-poured, press-tested, and designed to be used again and again.
